Carlos Vargas, Vivien Horváth, María Bogaerts, Miriam Merenciano, Judit Salces, and Josefa González shared with the YOMO2019 public the research that is currently being carried out in the Laboratory of Evolutionary and Functional Genomics (González Lab) of the Institute of Evolutionary Biology (CSIC-UPF) of Barcelona. From Tuesday 26 February to Friday, March 1, the country’s primary and secondary school students visited YOMO, while Saturday was open to the general public. The Melanogaster Day had the collaboration of La Ciència Al Teu Món in the design of the activities and the logistics of the event.
